The MPULSE EMS Reflexology Mat includes a 12 month hybrid warranty. First 6 months any manufacturer malfunctions we will repair or replace at no charge. The following 6 months there will be product replacement only, for any malfunction from original purpose of use at 50% off retail for a new unit. Old unit and all original components must be turned in at the time of replacement.
